Pasture Raised Pork

Our pigs are raised outdoors on pasture where they have the opportunity to root, sunbathe, wallow, and exhibit natural social behavior.

They are fed a balanced mix of grain and pulses, locally grown on nearby farms using poly-cropping and no-till practices which seek to protect the soil ecosystem. During the warmer months the pigs spend much of their day foraging for roots, leaves and grubs.

Our heritage breed genetics, combined with a varied diet results in a quality product that is far superior to the pork you would purchase at the grocery store.

Pastured pork shows a healthier ratio of Omega 3 to Omega 6 fatty acids and has high levels of vitamin D, vitamin E, and selenium.

Pork is available by pre-order on a seasonal basis.
